This API provides access to Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE) data for newly built homes in France, collected since July 2021. The DPE assesses a dwelling's energy performance and environmental impact by evaluating energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Its content and production methods are defined by national regulation and issued by ADEME, the French environment and energy management agency.
