This API provides access to subject P3142 of Poland's Local Data Bank (BDL), maintained by the national statistical office GUS. It contains archival half-year data on the total value of projects under the 2007-2013 National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) for the Regional Operational Programme of Lubuskie Voivodeship, broken down by priority axis and source of funding.
