This API provides access to statistical series on the number of grant applications submitted under the 2007-2013 Operational Programme Human Capital, broken down by priority, as part of the Local Data Bank (BDL) subject group on European Funds. It is published by GUS (Statistics Poland) and forms part of the archival half-year European funds dataset.
