This dataset presents the complete Walloon Natura 2000 network as it stood in force on 31 December 2017, based on the Walloon Government decree (AGW) of 24 March 2011. It locates the perimeters of designated sites and their different management units. Natura 2000 is a European ecological network of protected natural and semi-natural areas, including peatlands, forests, rivers, rocks, and caves, established to conserve biodiversity across the European Union.
