A collection of health indicators underlying the myhealthlondon website, published by the Department of Health. Each indicator is provided as a separate data file, mostly at GP Practice level, with some at Borough level. Records follow a standardised schema containing an indicator ID and organisation ID, which can be matched against accompanying lookup files to identify the specific indicator, sub-indicator, and organisation. Information on outcome standards is also included. Several indicators have been updated over time, and one indicator has been discontinued, though it may be reinstated in the future.Series of indicators underlying the myhealthlondon website . There is a possibility that it may be reinstated in the future. Data are provided in a standardised schema with each record containing an indicator ID and organisation ID. These can be matched against the two lookup files below to identify the indicator (or sub-indicator where available) and organisation. .
