This API provides data on aquatic and riparian vegetation (macrophytes) in rivers of the canton of Geneva, Switzerland. Two datasets are covered: one on vegetation within the wetted riverbed ('lit'), and one on vegetation in the wider floodplain and vegetated riverbanks ('berges'). It records plant species present in these zones, distinguishing aquatic vegetation from riparian vegetation. The data is maintained by the Geneva territorial information system (Système d'information du territoire genevois) and can support ecological monitoring, watercourse management, and biodiversity assessment along rivers within the canton.Deux données sont renseignées : données ''lit'' et données ''berges''.
