This dataset lists high schools in Brittany, France, that hold the "Établissement Bio engagé" (Organic-Committed Establishment) label. Since March 2022, the label has been awarded by Initiative Bio Bretagne to schools whose catering supply includes more than 22% organic food products. The dataset is published as open data by the Région Bretagne and can be used to track and map the adoption of organic food sourcing among secondary schools within the region.Ce jeux de données présente la liste des lycées labellisés "Établissement Bio engagé". Depuis mars 2022, Initiative Bio Bretagne remet en effet ce label aux lycées dont l’approvisionnement en produits bio atteint plus de 22% des achats de denrées alimentaire.
