LDNPA Tree Preservation Orders
Dataset of Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) issued by the Local Planning Authority within the Lake District National Park area, published via data.gov.uk. A TPO is a legally enforceable order made under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and related regulations to protect trees and woodland considered to have public amenity value, restricting activities such as felling, topping, lopping or wilful damage without consent.
