This dataset provides strictly anonymised Latvian Labour Force Survey microdata intended for use in teaching and training rather than research analysis. Records are equivalent to those used by official statisticians, but identifying indicators have been removed or altered to preserve respondent confidentiality. Data are distributed in SPSS format and can be opened with free software such as PSPP. The dataset is published by the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia (Centrālā statistikas pārvalde) and covers employment and education indicators at national level.Strictly anonymised Latvian labour force survey data, which are equivalent to those used by statisticians, should be used in the teaching process, but identifying indicators have been deleted or changed to ensure the confidentiality of the information provided by respondents. Free software such as [PSPP] (http://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/) can also be used to open and work with data produced in SPSS format.
