An open REST API providing, in JSON format, slipperiness warnings issued for pedestrians. In addition to Oulu, the interface also covers warnings for Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Lahti, and Kuopio. Data is updated in the interface once per minute. Although the dataset name refers specifically to Oulu, the API aggregates pedestrian slip-warning information from several Finnish cities, making it useful for monitoring icy or slippery walking conditions across multiple municipalities in near real time.Avoimen REST-rajapinnan kautta saa JSON-muodossa tiedon jalankulkijoille annetuista liukkausvaroituksista.
