This national dataset for Luxembourg forms part of the INSPIRE Annex III "Production and Industrial Facilities" theme and relates to the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) installations reported for 2013-2016. It was compiled by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the E-PRTR (European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register) regulation, in line with Member State reporting obligations under Article 7 of Regulation 166/2006/EC. The data covers releases reported by operators to air, water and land, as well as off-site transfers, under Article 5.1, providing a spatial and administrative reference for industrial facilities subject to environmental permitting and emissions monitoring.》This dataset was reported by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg under the EU E-PRTR regulation.
