This dataset provides quarterly service quality indicators covering the passenger journey for RATP contracts (train, metro, tramway and bus in Paris, dedicated-lane buses, inner suburbs, Noctilien night buses) and SNCF contracts (train, tram-train and Noctilien). It is published on the Île-de-France regional open data portal and is maintained by the regional authority. Accompanying documentation describes the indicators in more detail.
