This dataset provides quarterly results for service quality indicators covering the passenger journey on contracts operated by RATP (train, métro, tramway and bus in Paris, dedicated-lane buses, inner suburbs, Noctilien night buses), SNCF (train, tram-train and Noctilien), as well as contracts awarded through competitive tendering. It is published by Île-de-France Mobilités, the regional transport authority, and includes explanatory documentation describing the methodology and definitions used for these quality-of-service indicators across the Paris region's public transport network.* Ce jeu de données présente les résultats trimestriels des indicateurs de qualité de service du parcours voyageurs pour les contrats RATP (Train, Métro, Tramway et Bus : Paris, Bus en site propre, Petite Couronne, Noctilien), SNCF (Train, Tram-Train et Noctilien), ainsi que pour les contrats issus de mises en concurrence.
