This API provides access to subject P1470 of Poland's Local Data Bank (Bank Danych Lokalnych, BDL), maintained by Statistics Poland (GUS). It covers average retail prices of goods and consumer services, published as yearly territorial time series. Data are available at multiple administrative levels, from voivodship down to gmina, with territorial units identified using TERYT codes.
