This WFS service provides digital groundwater contour data for the lower tertiary aquifer known as the Untere Braunkohlensande (Lower Brown Coal Sands). The dataset presents isoline maps showing groundwater levels in metres above sea level (NHN) for the hydrological year 2008. It is published and maintained by the Landesbetrieb Geoinformation und Vermessung (LGV) Hamburg, covering the Hamburg metropolitan area of Germany, and is intended for hydrogeological analysis and groundwater management purposes.Die Grundwassergleichen des unteren, tertiären Grundwasserleiters, der Unteren Braunkohlensande, sind als Isolinienkarte (Grundwassergleichen in m NHN des hydrologischen Jahres 2008) in digitaler Form vorhanden.
