Green roofs - State 2024
This dataset provides a mapping of green roofs across the canton of Geneva, Switzerland, maintained by the Système d'information du territoire genevois (Geneva territorial information system). Roofs are classified into eleven distinct categories based on vegetation type and characteristics. The dataset updates a previous 2021 survey and reflects conditions observed in spring 2024, offering a localized, canton-level resource for monitoring urban green infrastructure and supporting environmental planning in Geneva.Mapping of green roofs throughout the canton of Geneva.
