This WMS view service, published by the Geological Survey of Sweden (SGU), displays apparent resistivity derived from airborne geophysical surveys as a simplified 200 by 200 metre resolution raster covering Sweden. The underlying, higher-resolution data can be ordered separately through the related dataset on airborne electromagnetic (VLF) surveys. Apparent resistivity is used to characterise subsurface geological and hydrogeological conditions, supporting applications such as mineral exploration, groundwater assessment, and geological mapping. Access is free and does not require authentication.
