This dataset, published by the Département de Loire-Atlantique, provides the number of households receiving energy assistance, broken down by intercommunality (EPCI), since 2007. The aid comes from the Solidarity Fund for Housing (FSL) and is a one-off, flat-rate payment intended to help households settle unpaid energy bills, regardless of the energy source involved (electricity, gas, fuel oil, coal, wood, etc.), as well as unpaid telephone bills.
