This API provides direct access to current information on properties and joint property units (samfälligheter) from the general part of the Swedish real property register (Fastighetsregistret), maintained by Lantmäteriet, the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority. Content includes current and historical property subdivision, property-law actions such as subdivisions (avstyckningar), current and former property designations, central-point coordinates, and county/municipality affiliation.
