This API provides access to subject P2154 of Poland's Local Data Bank (Bank Danych Lokalnych, BDL), maintained by the national statistical office GUS. It contains archival, yearly territorial series on voivodship budget expenditures allocated to social care and other tasks within the sphere of social policy. Data are available across administrative levels, from voivodships down to gminas, with each territorial unit identified by its TERYT code. unit_idUnit id	string	12-digit BDL territorial-unit id (macroregion+voivodship+region+subregion+powiat+gmina+type digits). An equality filter pins the unit server-side (unit-parent-id).
