This API provides building-by-building data on the deployment of fixed broadband and ultra-fast broadband services across the Loire-Atlantique department in France. It is derived from the quarterly "Observatoire de gros HD/THD" data collection carried out under decision no. 2012-1503. A key field, imb_etat, indicates the deployment status of each building.
