European Central Bank — Survey on the Access to Finance of SMEs (SAFE)
Official time series from the European Central Bank Data Portal, published as the SAFE (Survey on the Access to Finance of SMEs) dataflow via the SDMX 2.1 REST API. The survey gathers information on the financing conditions and needs of small and medium-sized enterprises across the euro area, conducted jointly by the ECB and the European Commission. A single endpoint serves data in XML (SDMX-ML), CSV, or JSON formats, allowing extraction of specific series using key paths and startPeriod/endPeriod/lastNObservations filters.
