This dataset provides a map of the areas subject to the Urban Commercial and Craft Pre-emption Right defined by the City of Strasbourg and approved by the Municipal Council on 25 September 2023. It shows the boundaries of the perimeters and parcels covered by this scheme, which allows the municipality to exercise a right of first refusal on the sale of commercial and craft premises within designated zones, in order to preserve local commerce and craft activity.
