EN: The Digital Accessibility Observatory is the government platform presenting all data related to digital accessibility in the public sector. The Information and Press Service operates this platform as part of its digital accessibility monitoring responsibilities, as defined by the law of 28 May 2019. This dataset presents the API of this observatory. This API is public and requires no authentication. The API provides access to various types of information, including: - the inventory of public sector websites and apps: this includes websites and apps from organizations considered to be part of the public sector, which are required to comply with digital accessibility obligations. The inventory contains information about each website and app, such as the name, URL, administrative level, subject matter, etc. - digital accessibility declarations: these are declarations made by public sector organizations regarding the accessibility status of their websites and apps. These declarations contain information on the level of accessibility, any barriers encountered, etc. Public sector organizations must inform the SIP of any new declarations or updates to their existing declarations. - audits: The SIP conducts over one hundred audits of websites and apps each year. The API exposes all the results of these audits. - mediation: Citizens can contact the SIP if they encounter an accessibility problem on a public sector website or app. - various statistical data: The main purpose of the observatory is to compile statistics on the different types of data mentioned above.
