This API provides access to subject P3883 of Poland's Local Data Bank (Bank Danych Lokalnych, BDL), covering development expenditures financed from national funds, part of the public finance archival data category. It offers yearly territorial time series broken down by administrative level, from voivodship down to gmina, with units identified through TERYT territorial identification codes.
