This dataset provides open access to French property transaction records (Demande de Valeurs Foncières, DVF), aggregated at the transaction level and geolocated for easier analysis. Originally published on data.gouv.fr since May 2019, the enriched "DVF+ open-data" version is developed by the DGALN and Cerema, and made available here by Aix-Marseille-Provence Métropole for its local territory.
