This dataset, produced by the Institut Paris Region (formerly IAU îdF), identifies around one hundred urban barriers in the Île-de-France region that hinder, alter, or limit accessibility and connectivity for cyclists and pedestrians. Based on the 2015 situation, it was compiled as part of the 2010 revision of the Île-de-France Urban Mobility Plan (Plan de Déplacements Urbains), aiming to analyse physical obstacles such as infrastructure or built barriers that fragment the urban fabric.
