This API provides historical pedestrian flow counts collected between 2006 and 2019 in Toulouse Métropole, France, published via the Toulouse-Métropole open data portal. Counts were carried out in March or early April, outside school holidays, and only on Tuesdays or Thursdays over three time slots. For each counting point, results are given for all directions combined and expressed as an hourly average.
