This dataset is an extract, filtered for the Loire-Atlantique département, from a broader Opendatasoft dataset covering intercommunal groupings (intercommunalités) across metropolitan France and overseas departments. It provides yearly (millésimé) data on the composition of these local government groupings from 2015 onward, compiled from several different source datasets.
