Οι περιοχές Αμιγούς Κατοικίας περιλαμβάνουν το σύνολο των περιοχών που έχουν οριστεί ως περιοχές αμιγούς κατοικίας με τις διοικητικές πράξεις ένταξης, επέκτασης ή αναθεώρησης του σχεδίου πόλης (Π.Ε. Πάτημα, Περιοχή Έθνος, Ζώνη Β Ρεματιάς), καθώς και το σύνολο των υπόλοιπων περιοχών κατοικίας του Δήμου. Επίσης περιλαμβάνουν το μεγαλύτερο τμήμα της επέκτασης του σχεδίου πόλης, στην περιμετρική ζώνη του νεκροταφείου και εκτός της ζώνης προστασίας «Ελεύθεροι Χώροι - Αστικό Πράσινο» των 50μ., της παρ. Α.2.2.4.β. στην υπ'αρ. οικ ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΝΕΠ/82810/3602 του ΦΕΚ/259/Δ/2021."
