This dataset compiles statistics on children's involvement in civil and administrative justice proceedings in Slovakia, published by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers. It is structured around Masterlist themes including divorce, custody, parental abduction, enforcement of court decisions, child protection, adoption, succession, asylum, migration, education, employment, mental health, healthcare, child maintenance, affiliation proceedings and court-appointed guardianship. Records can be filtered by keyword and by disaggregation criteria such as age, sex, region, socio-economic group, nationality and the child's role in proceedings, with indications of equivalence to Masterlist indicators.
