This dataset lists surveillance cameras that a mayor may place in public spaces for safety reasons in the Netherlands. Cameras are mostly located in city centers but can also be installed elsewhere when required for public order and safety. Two types are distinguished: fixed cameras, which remain in place for a set period, and (implicitly) mobile or temporary cameras deployed as needed.
