This dataset provides planned (target) timetable data for bus and rail services in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland, in GTFS format, including route geometries. It focuses on cross-border transport connections, such as those along the Franco-German border, to support integration into passenger information systems. Some connections in northern Rhineland-Palatinate that are not relevant to this cross-border purpose are still missing and are being added over time. The zipped GTFS data is updated weekly; a version without line history is available as a linked dataset. Sources include the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Transport (EFA-BW), the Saarland Ministry of Environment, Climate, Mobility, Agriculture and Consumer Protection (ZPS), and the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture (VRN).Should timetable data of bus and rail traffic for Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland with route, in GTFS format. The dataset is intended to present transport services close to the border, e.g. along the Franco-German border, in order to be able to easily integrate them into information systems. At present, in the northern area of Rhineland-Palatinate, individual connections that are not relevant for the above-mentioned purpose are still missing and will be supplemented in a timely manner. The zipped GTFS data is updated weekly.
