This WMS service provides geodata on break lines, which mark discontinuities in the continuous slope of the terrain surface, such as embankments and retaining walls. In 2008, break lines were derived photogrammetrically for the area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, excluding the Hamburg Wadden Sea region, based on aerial survey data. The dataset is published and maintained by LGV Hamburg (Landesbetrieb Geoinformation und Vermessung) and is accessible without authentication, supporting terrain modeling and geospatial analysis for the Hamburg area.Bruchkanten definieren Unterbrechungen des kontinuierlichen Verlaufs einer Geländeoberfläche (z.B.
