This dataset provides the Local Address Base (BAL) for Toulouse Métropole, part of the French national reference address database (BAN – Base Adresse Nationale). The BAN is built by aggregating local address bases from across France and constitutes the official record of addresses recognised by public administration. Its completeness ensures that services and deliveries can be directed to the correct location.
