This dataset identifies the areas within urban settings reserved for pedestrian movement. It covers portions of the road platform designated exclusively for foot traffic, including sidewalks as well as other pedestrian passage or stopping areas such as porticoes and similar covered walkways. The data is published through a municipal geodata repository (ldpgis platform) used by Italian local authorities to catalogue urban infrastructure.
