This API provides point-based geospatial data and metadata on archaeological sites, originally compiled by the Archaeological Property Registry (Ktimatologio) of the Greek Ministry of Culture and Sports, and made searchable at arxaiologikoktimatologio.gov.gr. The dataset is republished as a WMS layer by the Region of Crete through its geoserver platform, covering the culture and athletics thematic category.
