This dataset is a WMS layer showing built-up areas (buildings) affected by the flood event of 13 November 2020 in Voleones, Rethymno, Crete. It forms part of an activation of the Copernicus Emergency Management Service (EMS) Mapping programme, which provides rapid geospatial information in support of emergency response and damage assessment.
