This dataset, published via the City of Athens GIS (GeoServer WMS) portal, defines the Ring Zones (Daktylios) within Athens, the restricted-traffic zones inside which permanent residents of the ring area are permitted to drive vehicles when entering and exiting the ring, as established by Greek Government Gazette FEK 4860/B/2021. It provides the geographic boundaries used to determine resident access rights and traffic circulation rules within the ring, and can be used for mapping, urban planning, and traffic management purposes within the municipality of Athens.Ζώνες Δακτυλίου, εντός των οποίων θα κινούνται τα αυτοκίνητα των μόνιμων κατοίκων της περιοχής του δακτυλίου, για την είσοδο και έξοδό τους από τον δακτύλιο (ΦΕΚ 4860/Β/2021).
