A WMS polygon layer covering all local communities (Topikes Koinotites) in Greece, sourced from the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT). The dataset is published via the geoserver of the Regulatory Authority of Energy and provides administrative boundary geometries at the local community level for national territorial coverage.
