When awarding water concessions, procedural and substantive requirements must be observed. When awarding the water concession, the municipality has a wide margin of discretion in the selection of the award criteria. However, in this case too, the determination of the award criteria must be based on objectively comprehensible considerations and must not be arbitrary. Information on the contracts is provided by the antitrust authority. The dataset contains an overview of the fees charged for information pursuant to §31b(1) GWB. The table provides information in 2022 with the annual figures. It shall be adjusted annually in relation to the annual figures.
