Sie informiert über Hilfs- und Unterstützungsangebote, über die Möglichkeiten ein Kind in Pflege oder zur Adoption freizugeben sowie über Methoden und Risiken eines Schwangerschaftsabbruchs (Abtreibung). Auch Fragen zu Sexualität, Verhütung und Familienplanung können besprochen werden. Die Schwangerschaftskonfliktberatung ist kostenlos und kann anonym in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Schwangerschaftskonfliktberatung ist nach § 219 Strafgesetzbuch (StGB) und dem Schwangerschaftskonfliktgesetz (SchKG) erforderlich, damit ein Schwangerschaftsabbruch straffrei durchgeführt werden kann. Beratungsstellen sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzte, die Schwangerschaftskonfliktberatungen in Berlin durchführen, bedürfen gemäß § 3 Schwangerenberatungsstellengesetz (SchwBG) einer staatlichen Anerkennung durch die für das Gesundheitswesen zuständige
