Uredbe o uredskom poslovanju („Narodne novine“ broj 75/21, dalje: Uredba), utvrđuje i vodi Popis brojčanih oznaka javnopravnih tijela (dalje: Popis) u elektroničkom obliku. Popis je javan za pregled i pretraživanje putem poveznice https://jpt.gov.hr/Prod/ za sve zainteresirane osobe. Javnopravna tijela za potrebe svojih aplikacija mogu dohvaćati podatke Popisa putem API sučelja. Implementirane su tri API metode koje su javno dostupne na testnom i produkcijskom okruženju: dohvat javnopravnog tijela na temelju brojčane oznake, dohvat javnopravnog tijela na temelju OIB-a i dohvat aktivnih oznaka na trenutni datum. Od srpnja 2023. proširena je metoda koja temeljem parametra OIB, umjesto suženog seta podataka, sada dohvaća sve podatke o tom pojedinom javnopravnom tijelu dostupne u detaljima Popisa te metoda koja bez definiranog parametra, na tekući datum dohvaća sve aktivne oznake iz sustava, također proširenim setom podataka.
