There were almost 140 responses to the consultation and this initial report summarises the results from the user consultation established to identify the needs of customers as well as their feedback on the publications. The consultation ran from 23 May 2011 to 31 August 2011 and covered tax credit national statistics and official statistics publications using an online survey. HMRC is very grateful to all users who participated in the survey.
