Damit ein Schwangerschaftsabbruch straffrei durchgeführt werden kann, ist nach § 219 Strafgesetzbuch (StGB) und dem Schwangerschaftskonfliktgesetz (SchKG) vorab eine Schwangerschaftskonfliktberatung erforderlich. Die Schwangerschaftskonfliktberatung ist kostenlos und kann anonym in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Ärztin oder der Arzt, die oder der den Abbruch der Schwangerschaft vornimmt, ist als Beraterin oder Berater
