The dataset is updated annually and contains only doctors who have agreed to be published. Further addresses are available at the counselling centres that issue a certificate of counselling. In order for abortion to be carried out without penalty, pregnancy conflict counselling is required in advance in accordance with Section 219 of the Criminal Code (StGB) and the Pregnancy Conflict Act (SchKG). Pregnancy conflict counselling is free of charge and can be used anonymously.
