In this type of ALKIS data provision, the user can determine, among other things, the update rhythm, the spatial and content scope of the data delivery tailored to his requirements. Special software or database is required for the processing of NBA data (initial and follow-up data). The modelling of the ALKIS data is carried out according to the provisions of the GeoInfoDoc in version 7.1.2 of the Working Group of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV). The data is provided free of charge via automated procedures or self-extraction. A legitimate interest must be demonstrated for owner data. A fee is charged for the examination of these interests.
