Loire-Atlantique matériels et travaux a été transféré au Département dans le cadre des lois de décentralisation. Ce service intervient sur tout le domaine routier départemental pour de l'élagage, du marquage, du curage de fossé etc.
Ce budget annexe a été clôturé en 2017.
